Craig Starcher serves as a Business Consultant with Front Line Advisory Group; his principal responsibilities include program management, process improvement, and change management.
Prior to joining Front Line Advisory Group, he worked in financial management, software development, product management, and consulting in the public and private sector. In that time, he managed budgets topping $4B, saved the United States Marine Corps $3.4M through process improvement, managed growth and rollout of a financial application, and advised on a variety of boards concerning financial coding, business systems, political outreach, and veteran services. Craig also served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Finance Officer.
Craig graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce with his Master of Business Administration, and obtained a bachelor's of science in Health and Fitness Management from Texas State. He has also obtained various certifications, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, and mentoring veterans, entrepreneurs, and new software developers. He also serves as a Board Member for the Veteran Corporate Council, helping improve and connect veteran employee resource groups, and as the Vice President of Communication for the Veterans Leadership Council, helping connect military veterans in public and private sector leadership roles across the country.
Craig is inspired by opportunities to teach and improve. He knows that minor improvements can result in extraordinary returns, and a single lesson learned can change the trajectory of someone’s life.
