As a Threat Analyst: you will serve as key member of the Threat Working Group embedded within the Identification, Integration, and Innovations Center (I3C) and key member of the Threat Analyses, Assessment and Planning Group (Task2) directly supporting Special Operations commands across US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will directly support the analyses and assessments of global threats while participating in large and complex projects. You will be responsible for providing global-level threat analyses and assessments in support of readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives. You will through all source analyses contribute to the development of new solutions, process and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, which includes entire the SOFETOPS enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI).You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely global-level analyses and assessments to personnel within the I3C, the Threat Analyses, Assessment and Planning Group and the Modernization Analyses, Assessment and Planning Functional Group (MAAP). Your analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other functional groups and technical personnel.

Experience and Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 25 years w/o degree), however an Master’s Degree is highly desired.
- 5-10 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts.
- Associates Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 10 years), however a Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
- 1-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts.
- High School Diploma, however, an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
