Front Line Advisory Group currently serves as the prime Travis County Program Management Consultant for the county’s $300 million Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
Our firm is responsible for the management, development, coordination, tracking, and consolidation of the CIP Project schedules, budgets, documentation, permitting and communication for the CIP Projects identified by the county in its’ 2017 Bond Program and its annual budget process and as deployed by the TNR Department. The CIP Projects consist of road, bridge, bicycle, pedestrian, drainage, and park infrastructure projects.
Through a combination of vendor management and integration of project management software, tools and resources (includes ProCore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server (PMIS), Primavera, Oracle Cost modules, Microsoft Office Suite) our firm has delivered a data-driven project delivery cycle and project control systems with defined performance metrics and quantifiable outcomes.
Front Line Advisory Group has implemented Project Management Institutes (PMI) identified scope, schedule and budget best practices as the Program’s Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). These metrics are ensuring project success throughout the project portfolio so that the desired benefit is achieved, the risk is managed, and time and costs are minimized.
